I am just waiting on my certificate now from CCIM on the Intro to Commercial Real Estate Analysis course that I have just completed.

The CCIM Institute’s Introduction to Commercial Investment Real Estate Analysis. This course consists of seven modules and one final exam. If you are not familiar with the HP10BII financial calculator, it’s recommend that you complete the calculator overview module prior to modules 5 though 7.

Internet Explorer users please note that due to a recent Microsoft security update you may need to double-click on presentations that suggest a single-click. Also, disable any pop-up blocker software that may prevent you from viewing the Table of Contents within the course.

Buyers and Sellers Benefit from REALTOR® Expertise in Distressed Sales

Crestview, FL, 03/25/2010 — Brandon Jordan with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors® has earned the nationally recognized Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification. The National Association of REALTORS® offers the SFR certification to REALTORS® who want to help both buyers and sellers navigate these complicated transactions, as demand for professional expertise with distressed sales grows.

According to a recent NAR survey, nearly one-third of all existing homes sold recently were either short sales or foreclosures. For many real estate professionals, short sales and foreclosures are the new “traditional” transaction. REALTORS® who have earned the SFR certification know how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities.
