Unveiling the Future of Real Estate Marketing: Explore My New OnCyber Gallery

I would like to provide an update on the articles I have written over the past few years regarding the 1stNFTmintedRealtor, Brandon Jordan Realtor,https://ift.tt/tn09JAK have focused various posts on the topic of my integration of leveraging cutting edge technology into marketing via Help Me Buy My New Home Alexa real estate voice search, my Discord with various robot plug ins, RSS, Api pulls, webhooks with tying that into real estate marketing with the use of web3 galleries. I normally have provided screenshots but the visual of video really does help people to understand better what is included in the gallery it seems, I have recently uploaded multiple videos to Youtube walking through the galleries. You will see the thumbnail below showing the two portals which integrate the galleries so you can teleport from one to the other. This gallery highlights the NFTS that were created showing links to Help Me, Buy My New Home, the QR code for my linktree, 1stnftmintedrealtor, blockchain certificate, various other Youtube videos in addition to NFT marketing articles. New oncyber gallery Help Me Buy My New Home (activerain.com) I have added a web3 page to my websites that pulls web3, nft, blockchain, crypto news in addition to showing my gallery screenshots and links and to not make this post longer I will break that into another post in the future but I will mention that this one has my website built in above the mantel that you can use while in the gallery along with various Youtube videos of Help Me Buy My New Home. Made a new gallery Oncyber.io title NorthwestFloridaRea (activerain.com)This one for example has area videos of my local area, highlighting what you will find in areas in Northwest Florida.  I am glad to have gotten this name NFT marketing and I have written about NFT marketing in the past the first link above list has a half dozen articles on the topic of NFT marketing.I have finally spent some time today uploading the AI song I made and posted to soundcloud this week about Neuromorphic computing along with the giphy which can be used in Discord, twitter account for the nft, portal to the gallery of the nfts.  I had made a collection of NFTS on the topic as well in a medium article link is below, I also featured the AI video created from the medium article. The gallery features I have tried to highlight the potential immersive experience provided by the gallery and what marketing could be done for NFTs with using outlets to promote NFT projects thats one of the service tiers I have in my Discord is consulting and marketing.The convenience and accessibility of the galleries I try to highlight in my previous post, the incorporation of your real estate certifications for example, 1stnftmintedrealtor video is above. So when will Realtors be paid for their data?

You hear it all the time now newspapers and outlets going to court to seek funds to recoup their expenses of creating stories and paying in the field reporters and journalist whose data was used to feed Open A.I. and others are the claims. 8 Daily Newspapers Sue OpenAI and Microsoft Over A.I. – The New York Times (nytimes.com)”Striking partnerships lets AI companies avoid these issues, and it’s become a more common practice over the past year. A.I. Music Destin Beach Florida song

I have been hearing about A.I. Music and wanted to give it a try. I just wrote about Have you ever used soundcloud? (activerain.com)In that post I talked about text to voice and making promotional ads to post to soundcloud and then onto other socials. This new one I tried is for songs.  I made this over the weekend. I posted it to Youtube as well.  The topic I chose with the prompting was related to Destin Beach Florida. You can mix and re prompt also change text beyond the created one, make an intro, make an outro and add extension in the middle as well. You can also A.I. generate the art for the album or track cover, make playlist. Taylor Swift recently had a song Florida on her new album where she mentions Destin Florida. Have you ever used soundcloud?

You might have heard about spotify if you have watched any video/podcast on youtube or just watched Youtube with ads. I haven’t opted for premium yet on Youtube, I get local commercials mixed in and get real estate ads served along with tech commercials.You can tell youtube to not show you a certain kind of ad if they keep running the same one over and over. This weekend I made up 10 tracks with a voice AI prompting system that creates voice to whatever text you input. I tried various accents.I found after making them using them wouldn’t be as quick as I thought it would be with integration uploading to social media so thats where soundcloud came in.

I also posted to Pinterest.  This could be useful if you have radio ads that you have run and want to post to social media with the raw feed they give you of audio to be able to upload to soundcloud.

I have written a couple times about the potential ban of TikTok.
