I have received an offer on this listing over a month and a half ago. The bank has accepted and we have worked out a deal that they are doing repairs with the accepted price they do seem to want to get a deal togather here. There was a lenghty list and Handyman Solutions had the best bid and they are moving right along. I had a quite a few companies out and everyone had commented on the lenght of the list for the VA appraiser to be requiring the deck to be pressure washed and watersealed was knocking them out.

I wanted to give a post on here for Handyman Solutions they are doing the complete job list except for the roof. The roof has bids coming in on it any day and hopefully this will be a done deal and the new buyers can move in and enjoy this great home. The buyers seem happy on this as-is deal with the bank accepting to do everything on the list.
