Auction.com open house suprised me on this 2500 sq ft home on 54 Acres

I held a auction.com required open house this weekend. I have to say I am suprised by the foot traffic through this very rural home. I had placed signs out a week ago on the main strip highway 85. I didnt know what to expect in the past with auction company open houses you might get one or two people all day. I was in the home for 5 hours and have over 15 visitors looking at the home. I was suprised by this as this was a late edition to Auction.com line up of properties for sale and was not included in the book and really not advertised other than the signs I placed out. This was on the market really just over a month before going to auction and had less than a week to promote for the first open house last week.
